I'm still confused as to which one gets HP ground then? the Mega set or the (so far) modest one?

The timid set. I don't think we need a modest nature, i forgot to vote, I'm doing that now.

Dang, guess it was just Gallade who needed that event to get Wish Surprised

Still dont really care about the 2nd set so I'll let others decide Razz

Poke ball matches best.

can those who voted for Bold please change their minds to something else to make it easier? since the tie is between calm and modest and i don't know how to change the poll to two options. thanks

Maybe Ally Switch+Confuse Ray over Dbond/Memento for Calm. Ally Switch b/c in Doubles/Triples you dont have to switch to give a partner already in the Wish. Confuse Ray b/c Status is better than dying before you get the Dbond/Memento off as both of those moves are better used on faster sets.

It's situational though. I think d bond memento will get more use overall. But that would be getting more egg moves, so it's kind of a toss up.

I wanna get started asap. But i don't have a HP ground ditto lol. Also i don't think ally switch is a good idea, because, it is really situational. idk about confuse ray though, maybe it'd go well on the defensive set like you said. maybe i could do it instead of memento then if you want?

Iv'e edited the sets one last time. Any objections (this is mainly to do with the egg moves).

I like it, but switch the item for something else. Also, i kinda think memento is a bit more useful than just confusion on a defensive set, but truthfully, it probably isn't going to fit just to have a fourth move sitting there that would be a one time use move.

I mean I like memento better, but in reality with wish protect already there, there are better options on a defensive set. So what I'm saying is I don't really think it matters.

Memento>Destiny Bond at least for set 2. Though suicide moves prefer +Speed natures.

So is confuse ray that good that we're talking about getting rid of Destiny Bond or Disable? I feel like disable could be in there to take out an important move to get to boost up or something, or to support a teammate that has trouble with the same move.

Not worth getting rid of for destiny bond that's for sure. Disable is probably just as likely to get used as confuse ray. I honestly don't want to get different EMs because it's more work for me but it seems that i might have to.

Overall i'd go for what we have now, maybe switch the fourth move. If anything the fourth slot is a filler... I'll put memento on the Defensive set and confuse ray on the Offensive one? i really wanna get started because there's other mons i wanna take but i'm still pretty confused.

I'd say stick with what you have now. Drop Dbond for Memento on set 2. B/c you can run set 2 with Dual Screens or something with the added bulk then Memento out to set up with something. You can do it with Timid too but then again I already said I dont see the point in 2 Razz but meh thats how I would use it if I would use it.

Do you really prefer confuse ray over destiny bond so bad you'd drop the latter in exchange for memento? I don't see any advantaged to having confuse ray over destiny bond when you can just use will-o-wisp in its stead. or is there?

Destiny Bond is definitely better than Confuse Ray.

What happened to my post? Weird. In any case, leave destiny bond and memento. With Will-O-Wisp, there will never be a reason to run both that and confuse ray on a set that will probably know wish.

I don't know. We're talking about two moves that will never be used. There's no way we're going to be able to train and use all of these anyway. I liked memento, because I think it has more use than confuse ray, but confuse ray would differentiate the set, so I'm at a loss.

I'd just go Momento on both and leave it at that. Confuse Ray won't be used, so its a waste of effort to go after worthless egg moves. In the situation in which the egg moves are straight up worthless, just go with whatever makes the breeders job easier.

Starting the first one at least. I might do confuse ray to make it different if i have the time, if not then i'll stick with memento on both.

*insert sarcasm over so many responses*

i'll just go with an assault vest since gardevoir gets draining kiss in ORAS, not the best recovery move i know but some people will probably use it. Smile

Pecha berry and ice heal.

Also, when we can't figure out what items to use, I vote we attach PP Max and master ball.

I'll attach a master ball since i know there's lots of legends in ORAS? (also there's quite a lot of AV's isn't there?)
